Domont is in the business of acquiring and selling Vintage and Couture Jewelry, Perfume Bottles, Porcelain Fairies, and other small beautiful objects of art. Maria Domont, its founder and creator, has been involved in the fashion industry for nearly 40 years beginning as Vice President of Marketing for Mary Quant and as an entrepreneur with 3 stores along the King's Road in the 1970's, and later as an art dealer in New York City.

Domont sells to customers (producers, directors, actors and museums) in the United States, Europe, and the Orient as Domont Jewelry and as Couture Jewelry, Inc. in the State of New York. The company is responsible for helping its customers to build collections for their own pleasure and for the business of displaying these collections around the world.

Some of the artists are instantly recognizable such as Coco Chanel, Elsa Schiaparelli, Miriam Haskell, Madam Gripoix, Trifari, Valentino, YSL, Iradj Moini, and KJL. Others still producing beautiful jewelry are Elio and Pierre Lozano from Italy whose older jewelry has appeared in exhibitions and museums. Their current work is available exclusively from Domont.
